Support the Museum
Keeping a museum alive and vibrant takes a lot of resources. And building a new museum is a big and exciting undertaking on top of that. We're making great progress toward our capital campaign goal for the new museum, while keeping our day-to-day operations running full steam ahead.
As of June 2010, we've raised $20 million of the over $24 million needed to build the new museum. You can help us keep that momentum going.
We are an Enterprise Zone Project, which permits a 25% tax credit, with an annual credit limit of $100,000, for Colorado taxpayers who make cash contributions to the Fort Collins Museum & Discovery Science Center. Your gift can benefit your family and your tax dollars! You can find out more about the Enterprise Zone tax credit here.
When you support us, you're part of creating a place where everyone can learn about and enjoy science, history, culture, and nature; you help create opportunities for kids to be inspired to become future leaders in science and technology; and you're part of building a world-class attraction that will be an economic benefit to our community for many years to come.
