We are beginning a very exciting new phase in our partnership between the Fort Collins Museum and Discovery Science Center. As of June 30th, 2009, we are operating as a joint facility, combining history exhibits and hands-on science experiences under one roof.
Why are we blending science and history? The partnership between Discovery Science Center and the Fort Collins Museum offers a unique opportunity create an experience that seamlessly incorporates the hands-on, scientific experience offered by DSC and the artifact-based, cultural experience offered by FCM. By fusing science and culture in our exhibitions and educational programming, we can enhance your experience by sparking the imagination, curiosity, and interest of each visitor in a unique way.
